Production in China<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

As a complement to our factory in Sweden, we also have a production facility in China. All design and project management takes place at our office in Sweden, and the workers in the factory in China are employed by us, which means we can promise \u201cSwedish quality on Chinese soil\u201d. We have full control of the entire production chain and our customers have access to both cost-effective production and a variety of flexible solutions.<\/span><\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n

Flexibility in production<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

One of the advantages of our production facility in China is the flexibility to start production there and later move it back to Sweden without having to change production partners. You can scale up and down, test, and locate production where it works best in the bigger picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, where other components for the same product \u2013 such as electronics \u2013 are manufactured in China, it can be cost-effective, sustainable, and logistically smart to also produce the plastic components there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Testing and quality assurance<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Since virtually all moulding tools<\/a> are manufactured in China, we see a great advantage in having our own facility in the same part of the world. In this way, we can test-run the tools in our Chinese factory before they\u2019re sent to Sweden (or put into production in China), to check that they work as they should.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These proactive checks reduce the risk of errors and ensure that both we and our customers can avoid issues later in the production chain. It simply gives all parties more security and minimises the risk of unnecessary costs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
