High-precision components for Aarke’s carbonators

Aarke, known for its elegant and innovative carbonators, contacted Fristad Plast in 2018 for help with a recurring problem. Their manufacturers had difficulty producing a certain component with the level of precision required, which led to complaints and dissatisfaction. To overcome the issue, they were looking for a partner with expertise in plastics production.

Precision in every component

The collaboration began with us analysing the existing components and suggesting improvements. Aarke, who are themselves experts in metalworking, needed help with plastic components that were fundamental to the equipment’s function and the user experience. The carbonator should not only look perfect, but also sound right and deliver consistent bubbles every time.

Starting in 2019, we developed new tools and tighter tolerances for the production of the complex plastic parts. The solution we devised not only solved Aarke’s problems, but also helped ensure the high quality that Aarke strives for with its products.

By combining our technical expertise and engaging in close dialogue with Aarke, we were able to produce carbonators that not only look good, but also perform at their best and never compromise on the overall experience.
